Rehabilitation staff interview

new physiotherapist

Physical therapist Ayaka Karasaki

Why did you join the company?

When I was a student, I came to Kensei Asakura Hospital for training.

What is the atmosphere like at work?

Even when I'm in trouble at work, my seniors will stop my hand and ask, "What's wrong?" I think the atmosphere is very good.

What are your future goals?

When I was a student, I was involved in sports, and during that time I was injured a lot, so I had many opportunities to interact with physical therapists. I would like to keep in mind every day the treatment that will be for the patient.

How did you get started?

Asakura Kensei Hospital has a wide range of fields, including dialysis centers, internal medicine, and nursing care, so patients with various problems visit us. I thought it was a workplace where I could improve my skills the most, so I entered the company.

What do you keep in mind every day?

I am often in charge of educating young staff, and I am careful not to change the quality of work depending on their career.

What is the atmosphere like at work?

I think my job is easy. There are a variety of people, including young people, married people, and people raising children.

What are you aiming for?

I want to create a workplace where everyone cooperates and has a high level of motivation to "cure all patients." For that reason, I would like to think about what I should do and act accordingly.

What kind of person would you like to visit?

I would like students who are worried about what they should study to come to Kensei Asakura Hospital. I think I can learn a lot and work very meaningfully.

Tell us about your daily work

Comprehensive coverage of rehabilitation, from acute to convalescent, outpatient care after discharge, and home-visit care, in the form of follow-up after the inpatient is discharged and returned home. going.

What is the atmosphere like at work?

I think that the relationship between seniors and juniors is not strict, and the environment is relatively easy to exchange opinions.

What is the ideal hospital image?

Make it as painless as possible to learn good movements. If I can ease the pain even a little, the burden on the patient will be reduced, so I would like to be involved in that way.

I would like to try to do my job at least once a day so that I can make my patients smile while staying close to them.

We are waiting for your entry to Asakura Kensei Hospital!
