Flow of outpatient treatment

*Those who have previously completed treatment for other symptoms will be accepted for the first visit even if they visit the hospital for another symptom.

1. Fill in the basic information and questionnaire at the general reception on the 1st floor

・Doctor's ticket (only if you have one)

・Medicine notebook (what you can see the medicine you are currently taking)

・Letter of introduction (optional)

1. Check-in at returning aircraft

2. Receive a file containing a receipt and a medical record

We will give you a reception slip at the general reception on the 1st floor. I will give you the file containing the chart.

3. Submit the file containing the chart to the medical reception

Please submit a file containing medical records to each specialized outpatient reception on the 1st floor (reception of the department where you will be examined).

We will call you when it is your turn, so please wait in the examination waiting room until then.

4. medical interview, etc.

An outpatient nurse will conduct a detailed medical examination.

5. medical examination

You will be seen in the examination room. The staff will guide you if you need an inspection.

6. Submit the file containing the chart to the accounting office

After all medical examinations and tests have been completed, please submit the file containing your medical record to the accounting counter on the 1st floor (next to the general reception).
