​Guide to hospitalization

Visiting hours

Visiting hours are set for the patient's rest and treatment. Please observe the following visiting hours.

 

 Weekdays 13:00-20:00

 Sundays and holidays 11:00-20:00

If you would like to visit us, please ask the ward nurse. Depending on the patient's medical condition, we may refuse it.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

About hospital charges and other charges

  1. hospitalized
    We will send you the hospital bill and other billing statements after the 10th of each month.
    Please make monthly payments by the 20th of the month.

     

  2. Those who are discharged from the hospital
    We will give you a detailed billing statement for hospital charges and other bills at the accounting counter on the day of your discharge.
    Please pay the fee on the day of discharge before leaving the hospital.
    Also, be sure to receive a discharge certificate before leaving the hospital.

     

  3. place of payment
    Please go to the accounting counter on the 1st floor.

     

  4. Accounting counter reception hours
      Weekdays・・・9:00 to 18:00
    Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 9:00 to 17:00

*In principle, the day of discharge at our hospital is a weekday. The window is open, but

 Since hospital charges cannot be settled or paid for patients discharged on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays,

note that. (For details, ask the ward manager.)

   

*If you would like a medical certificate, please ask at the reception desk on the 1st floor.

*Some items, such as diapers and electricity bills, are billed at your own expense, so please inquire.

Regarding the payment of hospitalization fees and other fees,

Please take all responsibility.

About hospital charges and other charges

(1) Items required for hospitalization procedures

  • Hospitalization pledge

  • Health insurance card (elderly medical care card, long-term care insurance card, other medical care card)

  • Patient registration card

  • Discharge certificate (for those who have been hospitalized within the past 3 months)


(2) Those who can undergo surgery and examinations

  • Surgery/examination consent form Blood transfusion consent form

  • Questionnaire about examination


(3) Things necessary for life

  • Toiletries, toothpaste, washbowl
    *If you have dentures, a container for dentures (with a lid, such as a Tupperware container)

  • Shaving tools for men (only electric shavers)

  • Eating utensils (small water bottles, hot water cups, easy cups, chopsticks, spoons, straws, etc.)
    * If necessary, a vinyl apron for meals
    *Please refrain from using PET bottles.

  • Clothing (3-4 bath towels, 3-4 towels, underwear, several nightwear)
    *You may be asked to prepare a front-opening item if necessary.
    *Patient gowns can also be rented from the hospital (rental fee is 50 yen per day, excluding tax. There is a separate application form)

  • Something to put your laundry in (preferably with a lid)

  • Slippers, tissues, trash cans, etc.
    *Shoes may be requested if necessary.
    *Disposable diapers will be provided by the hospital (separate fee is required)


(4) Others

  • Athletic shoes for those undergoing rehabilitation

  • TV earphones (sold for 200 yen at 1F checkout)

  • Medications you are currently taking


*Please refrain from bringing your car or valuables into the hospital.
*Be sure to write your name on your belongings in case of loss.
